Free Divorce

A free divorce is technically possible, but you will pay in one way or another. You will either have to purchase a how-to book to help you learn step-by-step what to do or you will have to pay to have the papers filed at the court house. If every aspect of the divorce is agreeable by both parties, it is possible that you can type up your own divorce agreement and use the terms that have been agreed upon. You can agree on property distribution, alimony or maintenance, visitation rights, custody and even child support. The courts will definitely take this into consideration if both parties have agreed to the arrangements. Divorce can get expensive in today's society. So, actually, the more you can agree, the better off you will be financially. However, make sure that every term is agreeable and don't use this type of format to take advantage of your spouse.
