No Fault Divorce Forms

Although divorce tends to describe a situation in which two people are no longer capable of living together or even getting along, there is a way for them to legally end their marriage without expensive legal fees and a prolonged period of court dates. It is called several things throughout the country ヨ a "do it yourself" divorce; an "uncontested divorce"; and a "no fault" divorce. A couple who has decided to dissolve the marriage can use no fault divorce forms supplied by their state or county in which they legally reside. They are extremely easy to fill out, but require that both parties agree on every single term and even describe their own special arrangements around such issues as child custody, property division and the paying of any outstanding bills. A no fault divorce does not blame either of the spouses for the breakdown of the marriage, and can be completed through only one or two visits to a county courthouse.
