Uncontested Divorce

An uncontested divorce is actually the simplest and easiest divorce. It is actually the type of divorce that most people choose because it is cheaper than other kinds of divorce. An uncontested divorce allows a couple to end their marriage quietly with little fighting and are thus able to retain their dignity in the end. An uncontested divorce allows you to keep the level of conflict to a minimum and is private, so hardly anyone will find out your business. This uncontested divorce is not a question of agreement on all issues of the divorce; it's just good if the couple has a desire to get the divorce over quickly and quietly. An uncontested divorce is a bad idea if the couple cannot agree upon anything or if they can't get along. They will need a mediator to help them through this. If one party is violent to the other party, an uncontested divorce is not advisable, either. In a divorce, both parties need to be on even terms and when physical abuse is involved, that is not possible unless they have the help of a mediator. An uncontested divorce is where both parties agree upon all aspects of the divorce; however, most of the time people waive rights that they didn't even know that they had.
