Virginia Child Support

The Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) helps the families of Virginia with a free service pertaining to child support and all aspects involved. The Federal government passed a law that every state had to develop an office that dedicated its services to children of that state by helping the families to establish paternity, establish and enforce child support, establish and enforce medical support, and collect and distribute child support payments. The office also helps to modify and collect on existing support orders. This service is available to all families located in Virginia, at no charge. The division is funded by the federal government and by the state of Virginia. All you have to do is contact the DCSE and schedule a review or consultation of your case. They will handle the rest of it from there.
