What forms do I need and can I file the forms myself for a divorce in Virginia?

What Divorce Forms do I need to be aware of in the Divorce process? Can I fill these forms out on my own? I live in Virginia.

Virginia divorce forms are located in located in the courts. Filing for divorce in Virginia also occurs in the court. Within Virginia, the circuit courts have jurisdiction to hear divorce cases. Generally, the circuit court with jurisdiction for your case is the circuit court in the county where you live or the circuit court in the county where your spouse lives. When you file the relevant papers, you must have stated your grounds for that court to have jurisdiction.  The type of forms to files depends on your respective county.
