What are the grandparents rights on visiting grandchildren?

My daughter and her husband got a divorce and the husband won custody of the children. As the grandmother do I have any rights for visiting my grandchildren?

The first thing to do in your situation is to contact your ex-son-in-law. He may let you visit your grandchildren without any hassle. If you have already tried this, or this attempt doesn’t work then you will want to consult with an attorney in your area. Your attorney will be able to counsel you on your legal rights as the grandparent, and help you present your case if that is needed.
