I got married 3 years ago in California and my wife signed a prenuptial. Now she says the prenuptial is invalid, and that she will get the house and not me, like the prenuptial stated. Who is right?

Only a court of law has the ability to decide what is valid or invalid. If your wife wants to take you to court on this issue then I suggest that you contact a lawyer as soon as possible so that he or she can give you legal counsel and familiarize themselves with you case.
