The court awarded joint legal custody of the kids to me and my ex-wife. I don’t think the kids are now safe with their mother because she has developed a drug habit since the divorce. How can I get custody of my kids?

First you should contact an experienced attorney in your area to get the ball rolling on your case. Then you will want to document your wife’s drug addiction in some way such as a witness or photograph. Of course, a lawyer will be able to give you legal counsel on your rights and be able to present your case to a court.
