Me and my soon to be ex-husband can’t agree on child custody and visitation, but neither one of us have the money to pay for a lawyer or court fees. Do we have any other options to settle our dispute?

Yes, you have a few other options actually. For starters you could try mediation where a third party makes a compromise that you two can choose to agree to or not agree to. If that doesn’t work then you could try to find a lawyer who will do work for you pro bono or at a reduced charge. If you go this route then you will reach a settlement or the court will give a verdict on your case.
