My husband and I are both in the military, and are currently stationed in Italy. We have mutually agreed that we would like to get a divorce, and since we are both to be deployed for another year, we would like to complete the process here. What is involved in an overseas divorce when both parties are in the military?

The issues involved in getting divorced while living abroad are global as well as local.
