Employers are required to send written notice to the Office of Child Support Enforcement when a non-custodial parent's employment is terminated. When payments stop coming in or when the employer contacts the Office of Child Support Enforcement to notify us that the non-custodial parent is no longer working there (whichever occurs first), the agent assigned to your case will review the case and determine the next enforcement action to take.
